At present, not only the development of the whole society, but also the innovation and development of the enterprise itself all put forward higher and newer request about personnel management. Establishing a modern personnel management information system (MIS) that is supported by information technology, computer technology and network technology is an important work in the construction of administrative staff. It is also the precondition of realizing the modernization of personnel management and scientific decision in enterprise. The development of the system aims at its application in organizational personnel management in the Gao Mi city Personnel Bureau, so as to realize network application in most areas of organizational personnel management, promote the management to develop in a more scientific and standard way, and further improve working efficiency.The assay is mainly research in the following: At first, we introduce the background, and then put out the purpose of the research; Secondly, this is the description from the whole article, including a series of function modules, the features of the system and so on; Thirdly, presents demand of the designing system, and then there is the structure of the whole system; Fourly, we research the part of designation, which is the core of the whole system; At the last, we put the system into practice, in order to test the system.The system for Gao Mi city Personnel Bureau is completed based on Windows, with SQL Server as the database background, ASP.NET as the surface. The main goal is to support the personnel management and payment management of the Gao Mi city Personnel Bureau, alleviate the labor intension of workers, help the management of enterprises and make the decision of high-class leaders, increase the efficient of enterprises. Therefore, enterprises could get the better efficiency.After the development work was accomplished, a general test was carried out and the functions of the system were found to be completely in accordance with expectations. All subordinate units directly can visit the server via the web so that data can be shared and controlled. The different levels of requirements from users are satisfied and the friendly interface and flexibility in operation facilitate the operation of grass-roots staff when the system was tested under the existing broadband network, the response of the speed is also quite satisfactory and certain simultaneous visits can be realized. The system meets the needs of organizational personnel management of Personnel Bureau directly and satisfies the requirements on safety, stability and network application.
