With the increasing requirements of high-quality and innovation talents, all kinds of educational tests start to regard examination in the sense of creation and the ability to deal with actual things, thus increasing subjective tests of divergent thinking. This not only makes it harder to reduce the errors in marking the exam papers, but also reduces the accuracy of statistics of grades, statements analysis, etc.. It is gradually found that many disadvantages of traditional types of marking the exam papers begin to emerge, and a truly original type is badly needed. The development of computer, network and image processing technology exerts a profound influence on the educational exams. Under this background, machine scoring which is an original type with a view to reduce the errors and enhance the quality and quantity in marking the exam papers was bom.As an important reformation of examination domain in China in recent years, machine scoring is of great social concern. Compared with traditional and manual making the papers, machine scoring has some advantages such as greater correctness and fairness, conserving resources and archive management easily, improving efficiency and quality and so on. Therefore, machine scoring has been used in several big exams such as the College Entrance Examination and result in good social and economic benefits.Going over examination papers on the net refers to being supported by the network technology of the computer and picture treatment technology, by realizing the fair fairness principle that the examination marks examination papers is as a kind of new way of going over examination papers of final purpose. B/S network development pattern based on browsers is selected whose feature is good robustness and extensibility. During implementation of this machine scoring system, the author is responsible for design and implementation of development layer, cooperate with colleagues to design database, and capability testing. This paper integrates WEB application technology, Ajax technology and SSL technology, and makes use of MVC design approach. The data layer adopts comprehensive performance best OEACLE at present to offer database service, fine database performance and data structure, can offer the whole weather service of 24*7 to users.
