| Feedstuff System is defined as a producing system, in which, many kinds of stuffs are combined and before the production is maken, a series of steps such as crushing, mixing and spewing should be done. Feedstuff System is very popular in many industries such as forage, construction and food. With the development of information technology, the automation and network supporting for feedstuff system is even eager then ever. Following are some requirements for feedstuff system.1. Automation: the process of producing should be automatic and with little human intervene.2. Good GUI, the system should provide good human machine interface to make the process of production easier and more convenient.3. Network supporting. The system should base on network and remote monitor and control is necessary.4. Information: the data of producing can be collected, settled and archived, some analysis should be done and many kinds of report should be provided by the system automatically.5. Molduarization: the module of function should be clearly devided and coupling is the less the better.In this paper, virtual instrument and J2EE architecture are used to construct a distributed and web basing feedstuff producing system, which combines production, monitoring and information providing as a whole. Following are the contents of research and development.1. Constructing a producing system with Labview, the GUI of producing system is made by Labview, in this way the speed of development can be dramtically accelerated.2. Constructing feedstuff information management system by J2EE architecture. We use many JAVA open source projects with no cost.
