| Prison is a highly important national organ of confinement and punishment,which is responsible for maintaining the stability of the society,preventing and reducing the criminal behaviors. In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet,communication technology and Multimedia Technology,applying a series of emerging technologies to the management of the prison to speed up the Information Construction of the prison has become a significant Content of Research.RFID is a kind of automatic identification technology (AIT) of non-contact mode. It can automatically identify the object and obtain related data by Radio Frequency Signal(RFS).This kind of identification technology works without manual intervention ,and moreover,it can work in various harsh environment.Besides,RFID can identify a couple of tags as well as high-speed moving object. Just for the convenient and efficient operation of RFID,the application area of it has been increasingly spreading to nearly every aspect of our daily life. It is believed that RFID will be a basic technology in building the information society in the future.According to the on-the-spot investigation of a prison in our province,and concerning the actual demand of the management of the prison,in this thesis, the author designs a set of prison management system based on active RFID,which applies RFID and digital video monitoring technology to reform the prison management,This system is mainly used to manage all the staff in the prison ,with functions of personal management(including managers,correctional officers and prisoners), positioning of persons in the production area and real-time vedio monitoring. It can effectively solve many increasingly severe problems,such as: persistent growth of the amount of the imprisoned,lacking of police force and so on. It totally change the old working mode that mainly depends on personnel protection.Undoubtedly,this system is of great importance to ensure the prison management to work normally and efficiently and to speed up the Information Construction of the prison.The research and design of this thesis are as followed:1. Research on localization algorithms based on active RFID. By means of the research on wireless sensor networks and traditional RFID,this thesis improved LANDMARC algorithms and come up with new positioning algorithm centered the production area of the prison. Besides, this thesis did the system simulation and got ideal results. 2.The design of personal management system based on active RPID. This system consists of door control management subsystem,personal locator subsystem,zone management subsystem. This system successfully achieved the goal of control the starff in the prison to walk in-and-out,positioning,calling the roll and alarming.3. The design of digital vedio monitoring system. As an auxiliary system of RFID personal management system,it is responsible for vedio monitoring every prison area,production area and administrative area,promptly controlling the site condition and vedioing special zone and emergency for future inquiry and taking evidence.In this thesis,the author did a lot of intensive research and design work on RFID positioning algorithm,digital vedio monitoring technology and RFID applying to personal management in prison;In the meantime,the author integrally designed projected the prison management system,wishing that RFID can be better applied to Information Construction of the prison. |
