Abstract/Summary:
It is particularly important for the Large-scale Stadium and Gymnasium to provide high quality mobile communications support because of 1 Large-scale Stadium and Gymnasium often to take important sport events. As China's economic and social development, there is a gradual increase in demand for communications. With the downward revision of tariff as well as the development of the value-added service such as MMS, Fetion etc., user behavior has also changed. In the upcoming 3G era, the original mobile communication system, which doesn't separately consider Large-scale Stadium and Gymnasium's complex mobile communications surpport while by using emergency communication vehicles, has gradually been unable to meet the large sport events' increasing communications needs, so it is valuable and necessary to prospectively study the mobile communications support technique.This paper will have a detaled analysis on the Large-scale Stadium and Gymnasium mobile communications requirements, and further present one mobile communications support scheme combining with 2G, 3G and WLAN to provide systematic, safe, adjustable wireless bearer network service in order to satisfy the different communications requirements at different times.Firstly, the paper analyses the key issues of the large-scale stadium and gymnasium communication support. And then, the overall mobile communcition support ideas for the large-scale stadium and gymnasium, GSM system setup, TD-SCDMA system setup, WLAN system setup and the overall communciton system setup combining GSM, TD-SCDMA and WLAN are detailedly studied respectively. Following, the disaster recovery and communciton cell adjustment method are provided.GSM is a relatively mature mobile communication system, while the capacity of the system becomes one import issue when used in the large-scale stadium and gymnasium. This paper mainly focuses on the analysis of the traffic estimation, the frequency resources usage, the multiplexing mechanism, the district capacity contingency plans, and so on.TD-SCDMA system is a new system with less practical applications and also exist one application issue of network constrction and service. In this paper, the main characteristics of TD-SCDMA system is firstly introduced and then the problems brought by the TD-SCDMA system is studied in details. As a result, the TD-SCDMA system setup for the large-scale stadium and gymnasium is provided.For WLAN systems, the high-capacity solutions is discussed.For the triple-play system(GSM, TD-SCDMA and WLAN), the choice of passive components, the principle of calculating the antenna spacing, the distribution architecture of the triple-play system are analysed in details, and the solution for the different functional areas coveraging is studied.This paper also describes the methods of disaster recovery and communication cell adjustment.The final chapter is a summary of the full paper and the prospective study areas for the next step is also provided.In this paper, our innovative studying work focus on the traffic estimation for the large-scale stadium and gymnasium, the cell division method for the GSM Systems, the slot planning for the TD-SCDMA system, the high capacity solution provided by WLAN systems, the coverage mechanism for the different functional areas of the stadium, the backup mechanisms to counteract transmission disasters, the cross-backup mechanisms of trunk amplifier, and so on.The results of this paper can be extended to other large domestic stadiums, venues, etc., to meet their increasing needs of mobile communications, since they have almost the same internal structure, function and user behavior although the appearance seems different.
