In recent years,with the development the of the domestic research work in high-speed AC drive trains,EMUs and urban rail transit vehicles,the train control technology has developed from the single locomotive control to the train network control gradually.Network control technology has become a essential technology in high-speed trains and EMUs.Train control network connects the train as a whole.It can be used to complete the information transmission,such as control,detection and diagnosis,etc,so the entire train can work in the effective and safe way.it has attracted more and more researchers interest and attention.In order to adapt to the current new development situation of China railway industry, firstly this article analyzes the technical characteristic and development trend of train control network according to the train control network applications,introduces the communication principle of train communication network based on the TCN standard,and designes a small train network control experimental platform in accordance with the actual train running condition.After that,this article makes a detailed description about the realization principle of this network control experiment platform,including the Ethernet communication theory between two computers based on LabVIEW TCP/IP,as well as how to use simulation interface toolkits(SIT) to realize the mixed programming between LabVIEW and MATLAB/ Simulink.Finally,this article formulates the design process of the door and air conditioning supervisory system from aspects of the architecture of platform,the establishment of control simulation model,the design of monitoring interface and so on.Besides,this platform realizes predetermined function by software debug and system function test,such as train operating control,fault diagnosis,information display and so on.The experiment platform has a high reliability and faster communication rate by using Ethernet to transmit data;the use of network control makes the control more coordinated, accurate and reasonable;putting control,surveillance and diagnosis together makes the information richer.The simulation test result shows that the network experimental control platform which is designed in this article runs stable and can meet the needs of scientific research and experiments.
