As communication customers increase, transmission network scale expands rapidly, network variety and the transmission equipment diversity leads to a large amount of transmission circuits. In most of telecom enterprises, circuit dispatching lies on operators' experience and network familiarity, which is executed by way of manual dispatching in a fixed flow.However, as transmission network enlarges complex and circuit services vary, network operators are not able to acquire the resource and situations of the entire network simultaneously and accurately, to update resources dynamically and improve resources utilization ratio and adjust network rapidly. Therefore, telecom operators are eager to reform current dispatching method and complexity by new technology.The paper is based on the transmission circuit resources data from a mobile communication corporation. It talks about manual circuit dispatching system, mainly summarizing and concluding system functions and dispatching flows. In allusion to the disadvantage of manual dispatching method, this paper designs an auto circuit dispatching system by importing auto searching algorithm. After using this system, telecom operators can grasp the network resources comprehensively and clearly, and then open ports in time, and improve circuit distribution and process management to advance the effectiveness and reliability of network. All these aim to offer internal and external clients the best network support and fast dispatching service.The paper, firstly, gives a summary of research background. Afterwards, it recounts circuit dispatching system and related technology. As follows, it analyzes system functions and dispatching flows in-depth. Then, with actual application in circuit dispatching system, it analyzes and compares the performance of some auto searching algorithm, and applies the best one to the system. Finally, the advantage, disadvantage and improvement of the system using auto searching algorithm are summarized, and the prospect of the telecom transmission circuit dispatching management system is described.
