With the transmit broadband and service diversification, construction for the Broadband Access Network is the bottle-neck that must to deal with .Now, BWA(Broadband Wireless Access) is cared for it agility networking ,easy upgrade and high speed bi-direction . Broadband Wireless Access is kind of access technique to provide user the broadband network with wireless ,that is the hot topic for the communications , the WiMAX is the one of the BWA technique that attended for it support fixed and mobile BWAMAN . the WiMAX is based on IEEE802.16 ,the typical purpose is offered the way to the BWA availability and Interoperability in the point to the multi point condition with multi Manufacturers.At present, IEEE802.16 standards include 802.16,802.16a,802.16c,802.16d,802.16e,802.16f and 802.16g . the 802.16,802.16a,802.16d are Air Interface for Fixed Broadband Wireless Access Systems , the 802.16e is Air Interface for Broadband Wireless Access systems . One of killer applications for the 802.16 is voice over IP (VoIP) service to support bidirectional voice conversation without. Since its introduction, VoIP has been gaining more and more popularity and services such as SKYPE or MSN have broadened their coverage.This paper focuses on the following: the 802.16 technique,air interface , characteristic for the VoIP, in chapter 4 , calculate the VoIP call ability at the different Scenario with ertPS, finally, analysed the QoS with example.
