A perfect CLM and the BOSS interactive system is prerequisite to sales activity such as cross-sales, business recommendations. It provides well-concluded target, plan, result evaluation in the marketing activity. Meanwhile, it helps to overcome the waste of the sales & the post-sales, with low degree of customer's satisfaction.This article aims to develop a well-performed supporting platform for cross-saling, wiping out the existing deficiency in the current system incidentally. The emphases are focused on the improvement in the convenience of operation, the oneness of interface and the practicability of system. And from that on, the object system take up with the real-time datum interactivity with BOSS, based on the result of BASS, exploring the practice of rule management.Firstly, the middleware CORBA and rule engine involved in the article are introduced.Secondly, detailed need analyses are carried on in three aspects: customer, function, performance. On the basis of them the object system model is established. Namely, it decides which function should be attained, which improved, and which ensured; coexistence and interactivity with other business systems, confirmation on the floor level performance of the object system with the end-users, and so on. Complied with the need of business activity, the object system comprise of 3 modules: (cross-saling) data ducting, (CLM) business handling, rule allocation and processing. The main workflow is like this: cross sale triggering, business rule judgment, recommendation information presentation and track of customer's reply.On the next, the article elaborated on the design and implementation of the object system. The overall system is based on a C/S plus B/S hybrid structure, and the business rule management is carried out by ILOG in compliance with the result of need analyses and current situation, The system software structure, the topology of system, system data model, exterior relations with other business system are determined just then. The object is divided into several modules by processing functions according to business flow, and modules are realized separately in front and backstage end. On the result of BASS, the system carry on collections and analyze, induce the business rule that the interactive system needs by the customer status involving cross-saling, product mutex and other business logics, retaining real-time datum interacting with BOSS. Then the system software interfaces are standardized for business requirements and the business logics solidified in the former systems are replaced by rule engine. So, the UIs, codes, databases are organized and optimized to lower the press of whole business system & database.Lastly, the article look through over the whole CLM&BOSS interactive system, affirms the achievements in system interacting and business rule management. Of course, the limitation of the system is illustrated, and amelioration possibility is illuminated as well.
