"Research and Implementation of Reproductive Health Service Operation Support System's Key Technology" subject is "Eleventh Five-Year" National Technology Support Program "Modern Population and Reproductive Health Public Service System and Regional Integrated Model" project subject "Safe and Reliable Telecommunication Reproductive Health Service Operation Support System's Key Technology Research" sub-subject one.The main objective of sub-subject one is:Based on common service integration technology, focusing on related integrated business process life-cycle management and common service collaborative technology. Making Service quality management and business operation support as two key technology breakthroughs, focusing on web service framework's service quality monitoring technology based on SLA and operation support system based on NGOSS and e-TOM model so as to build a Reproductive Health Service Operation Support which can be operated.Safe and Reliable Telecommunication Reproductive Health Service Operation Support System focuses on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) operation support system. It can implement service's deployment, discovery, execution, monitoring, running and interaction. It supports service life-cycle management and service quality assurance. Reproductive Health Service Operation Support System is built to support multi-system users and number of concurrent tasks. It can support real-time process runtime monitoring, multi-scale service composition and long transaction process function. It can also support integration and interaction of common services provided by the third part.This paper divides Safe and Reliable Telecommunication Reproductive Health Service Operation Support System into service runtime monitor platform and service operation support system these two models to design and implement by its logical function.Service runtime monitor platform accesses common support service through service bus, it supports call interfaces of process composite services to upper layer application system and composite service's transaction management and service quality monitoring.Service operation support system divides into three layers from top to bottom in accordance with MVC design idea. That is user interface layer, function logic layer and data persistence layer. User interface layer is responsible for interaction with three types of users in the form of web interface and providing function logic layer business support and some features of operation support layer with corresponding web interface entry. Function logic layer references e-Tom model and NGOSS architecture and provide three types of different common services with business support, operation support and system support for three types of users with this subject's specific characteristics and needs. Business support provides three types of users with business layer's operation support what is account registration, information management, and service contract management.Service runtime monitoring platform and operation support system passes certification message, authentication message, runtime transaction management message and runtime quality monitor message when service is being called through well defined inner communication interface or shared database to support service call's certification, authentication and operation support system's operation.
