Improvement Of WWW Access System For CRBT Service

Color Ring Back Tone(CRBT) is a business service that customed by recipient user, providing a pleasant music or a salutation to replace ordinary ring tones. After registering CRBT service, customers can set their own personalized ring tones, which will be played to the caller to replace the ordinary ring tones when they are called.CRBT service has been providing users with a variety of access management from the beginning of its development, such as WWW(World Wide Web) access, SMS(Short Message Service) access and IVR(Interaction Voice Response) access. WWW access has been one of the main ways of CRBT service management, which can realise all the function of the CRBT service, and also the best embodiment that the Internet technology is well applied to telecommunications industry. In today's web technologies emerging in endlessly, the existing CRBT WWW access system has certain deficiencies itself, which are gradually revealed in its late development and maintenance. Furthermore, at the beginning of CRBT business development, various provinces and municipalities hold different interpretations in the actual development process of the same service, although there is a series of CRBT service regulations, so the current situation is they are self-developing and self-maintaining. In a direct consequence, in the late CRBT service development and maintenance requires a large amount of manpower and material resources. Technicians in different provinces and municipalities have to use different codes to support the same service functions, which causes serious obstacles on developing the new service and a serious cost increase in maintaining service. With the CRBT service gradually entered a mature stage, the maintenance has been growing the burden of work and the existing system can no longer meet the CRBT service development needs.Therefore, to improve the existing CRBT management style is inevitable, and so is the WWW access management.This paper analyzes the deficiencies of the existing CRBT WWW access system, such as the unclear system architecture, poor maintainability, low code reusability and development efficiency. On this basis, this paper proposes goals and programs to improve the whole system. After designing and realizing the program, it provides a simplediscussion on the effect of the improved system.In this paper, in line with the existing CRBT service's characteristics, the improved system completely focuses on the deficiency of the existing system. Chapter I briefly introduces the current development of CRBT WWW access system. Chapter II introduces CRBT functions, the realization of intelligent perpherals and existing CRBT access, which provides the background for this paper. Chapter III focuses on the introduction and analysis of the current situation of existing WWW CRBT access system, and summarized its problems. Chapter IV is the pith of the whole paper. It introduces the goal and the design for the improved system and implementation for the improved system of all levels in details, especially Web level. Chapter V provides a briefly discussion on the effect, maintainability, scalability, security and performance of the improved system. The last chapter is the summarization of the whole paper, pointing out the parts which still need further improvement, and look forward to the program's application prospect.
