With the development of the electro-optical technology, mass electro-optical control and guide weapons appear. Electro-optical countermeasure becomes a important mode in modern war. Test system of electro-optical countermeasure is a large integrative test platform for evaluating the efficiency of electro-optical countermeasure weapons.This subject develops a test software platform by combing the major mode of electro-optical countermeasure with simulating technology that can be used to constitute and optimize the electro-optical project, simulate and watch the data of the test, dispatch and dispose the result of the test, it also can be used to simulate the environment of the electro-optical countermeasure, found and perfect test manner of electro-optical countermeasure, evaluate the capability and efficiency of electro-optical countermeasure devices.This thesis advances a method that uses system modeling cells to establish test project, uses process manage cells to control test course, uses display cells to watch test data, uses dispose cells to deal with test data, uses communication cells to transmit test data. By using this method, user can found a test system visibly, and reduces the cost of expense and time on developing special test software.This thesis designs the plateform on the component program idea, educes the interface criterion of the universal test software platform through abstract of test equipment, develops all components by ATL template libirary; uses the UML software tool to model the function, static construction and dynamic act of the software; uses SQL Server 2000 to store and manage data; uses ADO(ActiveX Data Objects) technology to access the resource of database; uses the new platform of Microsoft company-- Microsoft Visual Studio.NET Framework to develop the application software.The results of testing in laboratory and the user's application indicate that this software is not only reliable, but also generality and expansibility. What's more, it reduces the requirements to software user's professional knowledge, and meets the needs of the users.
