| Synthetic aperture microwave radiometers are high sensitivity receivers. It has the following advantages: the equipment is difficult to be detected by hostile and power consumption and physical size of the equipment are much less than ones of conventional radar, especially under the poor weather which are effectively transparent. It's an ideal way to detect stealthy target by using synthetic aperture microwave radiometers. In this thesis, the air stealth target detection by passive millimeter wave radiometry in sea fog condition is presented. The recent research progress of the stealth material at home and abroad is reviewed in this thesis. The stealth material millimeter wave radiation character was analyzed. The physical characteristic and the generic rules of sea fog in the seaside areas in southeast China are analyzed. The millimeter wave attenuation induced by sea fog is analyzed, too.The detecting capability of the ground-based passive millimeter wave radiometry arrays is also discussed in this thesis. According to one dimension 32 channel 8mm radiometry arrays detecting stealth target, a simulation is presented. The results of the simulation show that it is an efficient way in the thick sea fog condition. |
