The War of Resistance against Japan is the great national liberation war of the Chinese nation against Japanese imperialist aggression. In the Eight Years' War of Resistance,the literature has displayed its function which serves for the War of Resistance, and has obtained the recent development. The Sino-Japanese War literature occupied the important status in the modern history of literature. The Literature periodical,which is the carrier of the Sino-Japanese War literature, develops rapidly in this special time and becomes the valuable historical data of studying on the Sino-Japanese War literature and history aspect. Therefore ,the comprehensive combing and explanation to the literature periodicals in the Sino-Japanese War time is of great significance to understanding the historical development modus of literature. At present the academic community has acquired some achievements on the Sino-Japanese War literature,but we still lack sufficient attention for the literature periodicals, this will definitely affect the Sino-Japanese War literature' thorough research and development.This article selected "Literary magazine" ,a literature periodical which has the influence in the great rear area of the Sino-Japanese War later period , takes a new angle of vie, understanding the literary in the great rear area of the Sino-Japanese War later period. "Literary magazine" is a large-scale pure literature periodical which begins publication after the Wannan Incident.At that time ,the great rear area literary arts movement is at a low ebb, simultaneously the philistinism starts to present in the cultural market. The magazine began publication in January 15, 1942, Wang Lu Yan is the chief editor, and his wife Tan Ying holds the post of the publisher.
