The thesis, aiming at solving the problems in actual EAI development process from service reuse, development rate and so on, mainly studies about how to establish a higher intensity reuse basic framework platform for enterprise. Then we design the service integration engine at the bottom layer of the framework and develop a general model, by combining some new thought and technique currently. The model has the merits of loose-couple, reuse and so on. Lay a solid technological foundation for the full information of enterprises. There is definite signification of theory and realism in the work of this thesis. Firstly, the thesis interprets the concept of EAI, Analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional enterprise application integration framework. Then summarizes the SOA related technique, from its concept, model, characteristic, principle, merit and shortcoming and so on, lay the foundation for the development of the model.Secondly, based on theory, a new Model S_EAI based on SOA is presented. The model, which is divided into user interaction layer, service-bus layer, infrastructure layer and service-assembly layer, realizes the separation of user access, basic data and enterprise applications, changes and encapsulates the business flow to standard-based, loose-couple enterprise services, reflects the thinking of role and structure in SOA.At last, an integrated platform was designed based on S_EAI, on which we can develop system directly and enterprise legacy system and newly-developed application can be integrated into the framework flexibly.it promote the rate of service development. It provides a new plan for the EAI .an system has been developed and successfully applied.
