The Exploitation Of Web And B/S Mode Based Structural Mechanics Assistant Teaching System

With the development of computer technology and web mechanics of communication, CAI(Computer Assisted Instruction) is widely adopted.It changes the traditional "mainly teaching" mode into "mainly self-learning" mode.Web based database application program (B/S mode) is a new Web technology after the dynamic Web pages,which marks the maturation and perfection of the development in Web technology.It has two big advantages compared with other client/server programs(C/S mode).The first is its platform compatibility. The second is that they all use single client software-browser as user interface.The users don't need install special client software.Currently,the database programming languages and developing tools in Web based database application program are fully-fledged technology.In this thesis,"The Exploitation of Web and B/S Mode Based Structural Mechanics Assistant Teaching System" use Windows+ⅡS+Asp+Access platform collocation.The system is designed usingⅡS as Web server,using VBScript and JavaScript as the script language, using Access as the DMBS(Data Base Management System).The main aspects of the research work are as follows:(1) The technique of Web based database application program and varied computer languages needed in the programming are summarized.The designing process of system by modular as well as some problems' solution is detailed.(2) The Windows+ⅡS+Asp+Access platform is collocated,FTP is set up.The installation and use method of system is amply introduced.(3) The online test system,placard issue system,file upload system and BBS message board system are designed.(4) The perfect management system is designed.The safety problem of Web service is discussed,some common countermeasures are also given.
