Research And Solution Of Teching Quality Evaluation System Based On ANN

Today, higher education's popularity goes deeper and deeper, our society pay closeattention to the quality of higher education. It is necessary to improve teching quality in order to improve educational quality;the evaluation is key to improve teching quality. But how to set up a scientific justice evaluation teching quality system is a complex problem .In the teching quality evaluation process, as there are many factorsaffecting it, and they affect it in different degree, the result ofevaluation is hardly to use the equal maths analytic expression toshow, it belongs to complicated non-linear sort problem, traditional sort method can't solve these problems throughtly.Artificial neural network as a new technique,it is widely used in all kinds of evaluation problems , due to its ability of inherent non-linearprocessing, adaptive learning and high fault-tolerance. artificial neural network has its particular advantages in solving teching quality evaluation problems, so bring the artificial neural network theory into the higher quality evaluation .Based on the research of teching quality evaluation actuality and characteristic, combining characteristics of neural network technologies, teching quality evaluation model based on BP network is proposed in this paper, and then the evaluation model was improved and validated in the article. The model proposed inthis paper provides a feasible scheme for teching quality evaluation. Concretely, this paperdeal with the research in the aspect as follows:(1)To introduce the knowledge of neural network, to make a system research on the constructing and training of BP network model,(2) To introduce problems exist in BP learning algorithm and improvements in learning algorithm ; combining BP algorithm with simulated annealing algorithm; and then fix the network structure, learning parameters and learning algorithm for teching quality evaluation model.(3) To introduce the design and execution of teachingquality evaluation system. The system adopt B/S structure and the program of facing object. making the teaching quality evaluation online, efficient and intelligent.
