General Network Management System Development Using OSGi Frmaework

All the business are going to amalgamation is a basic trend in telecom industry, especially after the reform ane reorganizing of industry, which is more obvious. In such condition, general network management system show its powerful compacity in integrating the different special subnet and managing them union. General network management system create new business with high quality of service for SP(Service Provider) through subnet relations management, net resources integration ane so on. Because of its power, general network system, which is also the goal of NetXpert, the product of our project, becomes thedirection of network management system development.OSGi specification defines how to develop application module, and OSGi makes enterprise software product have better logical structure. Under the OSGi specification (release 4), application can change dynamic and have more expansibility.In the background of telecom industry reorganising which resulted in change of software market, this article faced general network management system, aimed at the problem of increasing of network scale and complexity, and the problem of enhancing of network management inteface adaption requirement. This article gives the requirement analyse based on telecom SP's IT management specification (just like CMCC) . And at this point, it analysed the function of NetXpert, the network management system which is the product of our project, ane plotted out the modules of system. In the end, it shew the process of collector layer program development using OSGi, and simulated collector layer deployment in Windows environment to show the dynamic of OSGi.
