During mechanical product designing and fabricating, the majority components are standard parts and common parts. One of the important features of modern design is parameterization, namely the designed model can be changed according to design parameters which were given by user, in this way, the work efficiency promotes greatly and the work repetition is reduced. The parameterization design is the most important component of machine design. The process of parameterization design is from functional analysis to create parameterization model. Through parameterization design, the designer will not repeat to draw just revise the parameters on the original design, from this way; it can avoid repeating creation of model. 3D parameterization design can build 3D model which was satisfied with the requirements of numerical control, it also can convert to 2 dimension engineering drawing. The parameterization design can liberate the designing engineer from cockamamie, repetitive model, who can take more time and energy to research 3D assemblage, numerical control maching, interface check, limited meta-analysis, and dynamic simulation. Set up a design model for research quickly and correctly as a collective hope of CAD technology development institution and the user.In this background, according to automatically construction machinery wheel differential item of Xi'an Science and Technology Bureau(GG06025)project research development need, this thesis is combined the practical situation of the research development, is conducting the detailed analysis research to organization of taper planet gear differential. The thesis induces step by step and gets the conclusion, which combined the calculation process of design with UG parameterization design, it makes the parts of taper planet gear differential parameterization, moreover, under the UG, takes the secondary develop to taper planet gear differential and forms the general principal of parameterization design. Running this system, the user only need to input the suitable parameters ,which can generate UG model of main parts of taper planet gear differential with the satisfied working requirements. Assembly the parts of UG model together that will be built the whole model of taper planet gear differential .Through UG to develop a CAD system which comfort the self requirements, it can improve design efficiency and cut down design and advanced research period, it also can promote quality of design and level of standardization, it also lay the foundation for development of computer integration design manufacture system...
