Now, with the continuous development of 3S technology, remote sensing, global positioning system and geographic information systems to closely combine the 3S integration technology has shown a very wide application prospect in the agriculture, water conservancy, land, weather, traffic, and mining, disasters, eco-environment and other fields have been widely used. 3S technology is emerging cross-disciplinary, involving electromagnetic wave theory, image processing, image interpretation, computer hardware and software technology, spatial analysis technology, satellite navigation technology, surveying technology and other fields. 3S technology applications in many projects in development, a large number of related applications have been developed and mature applications, such as to integrate these technologies together, constitute a development platform, can significantly reduce the R & D costs and speed up R & D cycle. In this paper, 3S platform for application development and system design program, communication protocol of the GPS data structure and communication protocol CDMA SMS have done a more in-depth analysis and research carried out a series of experiments. In this paper, the 3S design applications for mobile terminals, small size, low power consumption, high cost, and success and the achievement of a two-way PC-data communications. The application development platform with a 3S system's basic functions. Using the results of research on the subject, designers can focus on business rules related fields, you can quickly achieve application-specific design of 3S. The system can not only shorten the system development cycle, and reduced R & D costs, has good practical value.
