In recent years, because of the coal-mine safety production monitor's need, many kinds of computer monitoring and measurement system have been developed successively in domestic and foreign, monitoring and measurement system's substation is the coal-mine monitoring and measurement system's important component, it is in the key position of the data transmission of each safe monitoring module in the coal-mine shaft and the safe monitoring center, it takes charge of the data acquisition and the correspondence safely between central and the safe monitoring module. whether the substation works effectively decides the coal-mine safety monitor carries on smoothly or not, therefore the coal-mine monitoring and measurement system substation is playing an influential role in coal-mine safety supervisory. At present most of the coal-mine monitoring and measurement system's communication network mostly uses the RS-485 field bus in our country, but the coal-mine monitoring and measurement system's correspondence requests that the reliability is high, timeliness is strong, the transmitting range is far, the correspondence speed is high and antijamming ability, the RS-485 field bus more and more cannot satisfy the correspondence request. The CAN field bus has many merits such as far transmitting range, high timeliness, high reliability and strong fault-tolerant ability and so on, therefore the CAN field bus is suitable for each kind of coal-mine monitoring and measurement system. Considering these reasons, this article designs a kind of coal-mine monitor substation based on the CAN field bus, its core is American Silabs Corporation high performance C8051F040 monolithic integrated circuit, It has 8 groups simulation quantity inputs, 8 groups switch quantity inpus and 8 groups switch quantity outputs; And 8 groups simulation quantity input's signal types are: Frequency 200Hz-1000Hz; Current mode 4mA-20 mA serves as 4 group gas simulation quantity inputs and 4 group general simulation quantity inputs separately, 8 groups switch quantity inputs are used in monitoring the mine shaft electrical equipment's operating condition, 8 groups switch quantity outputs are used the acousto-optic warning of 4 groups gas simulation quantity inputs and the relay power failure outputs control; the substation may be separated from the superior machine situation to carry on functions independently such as data acquisition, demonstration, computation and control and so on.The main contents in this article are as follows: Has designed monitoring and measurement system substation based on the CAN field bus; Designed and realized the substation hardware circuit; Completed the substation software design and the programming; Completed the communication between the main monitor engine and the substation. The test results indicate that supervisory system substation each module can execute normal work, the substation data acquisition terminal can gather the switch quantity and the simulation quantity correctly, it can realize warning and the power failure in case of the simulation quantity ultra limits; As the main monitor engine's industrial control computer, it can realize the data demonstration and control the substation. Thus it can be seen, this system has certain feasibility, and the design is reasonable and realistic.
