As the key component of the information security system, Cryptogrammic Module takes a very important role in building trusted environment. The randomness can reflect status of the Cryptogrammic Module which is running. To insure the Cryptogrammic Module's dependability, it is necessary to do research on the randomness real-time test technology about Cryptogrammic Module.The paper analyzed the Cryptogrammic Module's character in randomness and researched the fault detection and diagnostics technology on non-linear dynamic system. It presented a real-time test method about Cryptogrammic Module's default based on randomness and the corresponding elements model. Then the system structure, the scheme of randomness test and the hardware structure were presented.The design and implementation of randomness test module was studied as a very important part of the paper. To ensure the veracity and real time, the paper analyzed the main randomness test methods, and selected some from them, which couldn't only reflect the essential character of randomness, but also could be implemented easily by hardware. Then the paper improved the implementation arithmetic of the randomness test methods which had been selected to make it can be implanted more easily and have a higher speed.At last, the paper validated the default detection system implemented based on FPGA and tested its performance. The results showed that the system could do with the data by a high enough speed, and detected the default in time when it happened. The fault detection system can provides a type of effective insurance for Cryptogrammic Module working reliably.
