Energy crisis become an important factor of hindrance economic development, energy savings and pollutant reductions have been referred to a high strategic .the intelligent monitoring system about Main Fan in coal, is not only great significance for coal mine safety ,but also have practical significance for energy savings and pollutant reductions in coal.Coalmine main fan monitoring system include two parts: fan air volume regulating and fan performance testing. In view of diversity of the mine fan regulating system nowadys, The text first described the effection of fan performance because of changing the tube characteristic curve, speed adjustment and variable-speed control of fans the main is to compare VAV system adjustment and Frequency Control , come to the conclusion that the frequency-conditioning systems not only make the fans work at high-performance areas, and its energy-saving effect is superior to several other conditioning methods,It have a very important application prospects. Fan regulate-control system is composed mainly by PLC + inverter control air volune by controlling motor speed, the algorithm mainly uses the neural network PID. Practice has proved that the use of neural network PID control will be more stability than the traditional PID, the system technical performance target is improved, , and it obtains good economic efficiency and social efficiency.This research uses the upper computer and the lower computer design pattern, and has set up two control model which combined with the long-distance common control and the location control.lower computer use high reliable PLC collecting fans various electral and other parameters , directly display system parameters and finish alarm function in LCD screen of lower computer. MCGS are applied to compile man-machine contact interface on PC, demonstrating the ventilator work flow by the direct-viewing picture, realizing the data acquisition and demonstration,the essential data recording and alarming,the production data memorizing and the report form output, and it provides the operation surface for the operator...
