A Study Of Active Accident-prevention Based On Immune Mechanism

Since the reform and opening up policy was carried out, our national economy has grown at a fast speed that draws the attention of the world; however, the production safety works, which has been regarded as an important symbol for civilization and social progress, has lagged far behind the economic construction. The basic task of the safety works is to prevent and control the accidents, i.e. to prevent all kinds of accidents from occurring, avoid or reduce the casualties and property losses caused by the accidents. Therefrom, the research on accidents prevention is still an objective requirement of the development of our production safety.Based on System Science, Safety Science, Ergonomics, Immunology, Modern Applied Mathematics, Control Automation and relevant theories, this dissertation has found out the key to achieve the active accident prevention through the analytical studies on the status of the complex man-machine-environment system and the process of accident prevention, and through the analytical studies on the danger sources with the features of the active prevention theory combined; this dissertation has analyzed and researched the coupling between the immune mechanism and accident prevention based on the research of a lot of documentations, home and abroad on theories of accident prevention and Immunology; based on which the feasibility, that accident prevention applies the immune mechanism, and the key factors to achieve the active accident prevention are found out, this dissertation has designed the structure and mode for the active accident prevention system based on the immune mechanism; this dissertation has carried out the practical design based on the analysis of actual cases and with the structure of the active accident prevention system combined.The research and exploration, that the immune mechanism applies in accident prevention, is a new theoretical attempt, the active prevention of accident prevention is a new thought and a new method, it will greatly guide the research of all kinds of accidents prevention during the actual production safety works and it will be significant to that our production safety works are adapted to the requirements on building China into a moderately prosperous and harmonious society in an all-round way.
