In fact, the competition of economy and technology in the world is the competition of the talent. Cultivating talented persons with high quality is already a strategic task. To improve the quality of the students, we need to instruct and edify them with the scientific educational thoughts; we also need to cultivate them with advanced means; besides, we need to encourage, guide and spur the students to develop in an all-round way with the overall effective evaluation system. To realize the overall judgment of the students, many colleges and universities carry out the activity of judging the comprehensive qualities of the students to inspire and activate the students' subjectivity.The comprehensive evaluation system is an important part of the system of the information control. The comprehensive evaluation of the students is under way in terms of four aspects: virtue, intellect, constitution and ability. Measure the performance of the students on study, work, and life and so on reasonably. The final result is the score of the comprehensive evaluation. The score is considered as the basis of evaluating all kinds of honor titles, scholarship and grants.The fairness of the comprehensive evaluation and the truth of the result is very crucial to advance the students' work and improve the students' quality. The artificial evaluation is a very complicated job. And it's difficult to guarantee the fairness and openness. The artificial evaluation affects not only the efficiency of the work but the fair judgment to the students. Thereby it even affects the preceding of the education for all-round development. Because of the deficiency, many colleges and universities try to evaluate the students by software on the computer. The essay demonstrates the situation of the exercising of the evaluation system in colleges and universities of China. The paper also studies the significance of the subject and briefly introduces the development of information system. On the base of analyzing the basic pattern of managing students of Zaozhuang Uniersity in Shandong Province, I get the main sketch of the systematically functional requirement, the professional work, the data and the dictionary of data. I also discuss the systematic design and the procedure in Chapter four and Chapter five. The system realizes the management of personal information, scores, comprehensive evaluation and all kinds of inquiring and printing function. The feature of the system lies in calculating the scores of the comprehensive evaluation automatically and drawing up the school report.The last part of the essay briefly concludes the particulates of the carryout of the system and the further improvement and puts forward the further prospect of the work.
