Information System For New Rural Cooperative Medical Care Services (IS-NRCMCS)

With the national campaign on deepening new rural cooperative medical care services, more and more farmers are involved in the insurance of health cares. However, related farmers had no access to the information on national new policies and public scrutiny of reimbursement due to outdated advertising methods which led to slow publications and limited influences. Consequently, to some extent the new rural cooperative medical care services were hindered. Thus, a set of information publication platform was developed for the new rural cooperative medical care services in order to resolve the problems. This system was arisen with the gradual development of new rural cooperative medical care, whose key contents are information management system CMS. The messages could be easily published on the web front page by CMS, and the auditing on articles was also functionalized. This thesis introduced a set of CMS system based on the technology of Java EE via the building process of the central management web for the new rural cooperative medical care in Xingtai County.Firstly, the characteristics of currently available information publication systems were analyzed in this thesis, and then main problems incurred by their drawbacks were summarized. Furthermore, the development of CMS systems in home and oversees was introduced along with related technologies, such as Struts2, Spring, Hibernate, and models etc. As a consequence, the needs on systems were analyzed, and functional and non-functional needs were proposed according to the operation process of information publication of the new rural cooperative medical care. In particular, the customers using CMS systems were divided in detail,the system needs were illustrated, the widely used MVC structure in present web development was introduced, and the advantages of B/S/D framework was analyzed.Based on the analysis on the needs, the framework design of information publication system was carried out. First, the objectives and principles for system design were proposed according to the system needs. Then the technological and functional system frameworks were developed separately. The former mainly considered the probability in expanding, maintenance, and functions. Thus, layer models of Java EE were adopted and the functions for different layers were analyzed. For the latter, the functions of different sections were discussed and the partitions of systematic function models were suggested.In the section of detailed design, how to divide the system by using the idea of modularization design was first adopted, and then the detailed design of the system was described by taking the column management model and the data maintenance model as two examples. In the process of model-building, the operation flow of the information publication system was simply introduced in order to exemplify the effects of the column management. Consequently, the whole information publication system was introduced, and the database structure of the system was concluded according to the results of the detailed design. In the realization and application section, the current mainstream development tools in the area of Java EE were introduced, the building process of the system development environment was elucidated, and the system realization was introduced. Then the methods for using CMS webs and the current applications were recommended.In conclusion, based on the analysis on business needs, information publication system for new rural cooperative medical care services was designed by applying the concepts of software engineering.
