Acoustic emission is a kind of physics phenomenon of bringing energy and generating instant wave in the course of solid material metamorphose or failure. AE is a dynamic examining way, examining statice construction in any place or encircle rock under force. Nowadays, along with rapid development of computer technology, the artifical intelligence technology and the information theory, it provides for the transformation development in the control technology and theory of mining security area. In this paper, Aiming at the progress of the AE singnals' collection, a multi-agent based on acoustic emission monitor and localization system is put forward.Firstly, the development, traits of acoustic emission technology, as well as the crucial effects of acoustic emission technology in mining security production are discussed in this dissertation. Then, the predominance of agent technology which is applied in the acoustic emission signal monitor and localization system is expatiated. Also, the feasibility of the project in the realm of both ecnomy and technic is analyzed.Secondly, the theory foundation of acoustic emission technology and agent technology is introduced, and it provides the basis for further research and application. And then based on the wavlet and spectrum analysis, a improved wavelet threshold de-nosing algorithm which fits the rock acoustic emission signals is proposed, and it is proved that the improved algorithm is feasible and effective through the comparation of SNR between improved algorithm and traditional wavelet threshold de-nosing algorithm. Then a three-dimension acoustic signals based acoustic localization algorithm is also put forward through the time difference of the sound to reach and the the space location of the sound sensors, and it is proved that the acoustic localization algorithm is exact and stable according to the comparation of the acoustic emission location between the location which is computed by the algorithm and the actual location. Thirdly, multi-agent technology is applied in the system. The function of down-machine agents is analyzed, and the individual control strategy of down-machine agents is discussed, then multi-agent coordination model which based on management agent is established, and it is effective to solve the matter about coordination of down-machine agents. The results show that it is an effective and feasible scheme to use of multi-agnet technology in acoustic emission monitor and localization system.Fourthly, the physics configuration and the function structure of the system are proposed. Then the performance of the every module in the system and the running effects of the system in practice project is expatiated.Finally, the summarization of the whole research work and the key technologies is generalized; the improvement of the system in the future is also discussed in the end.
