Research And Application Of Network Intelligence Based On NGN In He Nan CNC

The public communication network consists of PSTN network, data network and the network supporting these two kinds of network service. With increasing development of users' business and close combination of communication and computer technology, the concept of network amalgamation was put forward. The future telecom network would tend to be only one kernel network--next generation network (NGN). NGN was based on open network platform and its key technology was soft- switch which separate service from control. At the same time, audio service, data service and video service were carried and comprehensive service resolving project for users was provided by it.In this dissertation, the system structure and features of NGN were summarized at first. Then according to various combination way of MAN, bearing network structure of NGN was designed and analyzed. Exploration on how to use existing network resources to transit smoothly to NGN was carried out. Carrying network can be built as two kinds of structures such as cascade network and amalgamation network. IP address assignation, network security and network QoS safeguard of NGN are closely related to the structures of carrying network. According to the way of practical combination with existing communication network, the dissertation designed two kinds of network structures.And then compared the advantages and disadvantages between them. Especially, respective projects on IP address assignation were put forward to. The practice of QoS strategy which caught people's eyes at present was analyzed too. In access layer, telecom company had invested much, and houseline engineering had almost been completed. A large quantity of fiber cable has been laid. A part of house-users had realized the connection by five-catelogy-cable and ADSL. According to practical case of MAN (Metropoliatan Area Network), this dissertation also put forward to evolution strategy of NGN in access layer. The optimizing method of fiber cable in physical layer of MAN was provided.In this dissertation, a sample of network design of NGN-NI in HeNan (CNC) project was provided.
