The Research And Implementation Of Embedded Switch Software Based On CTI

As enterprises have been expanding gradually, CTI technology has great influence in not only civil service but also intercommunication on enterprise grade as well. It is necessary to adopt Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems to remind calling party using press-call system in the intercommunication network. Also for the purpose of queuing up all the incoming calls from Internet, PSTN, and if necessary, making some importance of management on the circuit to ensure that important information can be delivered in time. All of these are depend on computer control technique. As communications equipments on enterprise grade is characterized by high reliability, great robustness, and exclusive use, embedded operation system becomes the first choice of the development platform for it. Embedded technique provides customers a flexible, high active and high cost performance.Based on the research on the key technology such as telephone communications network architecture, CTI technology and PBX (Private Branch Exchange), this thesis introduces a CTI technology based SPC exchange software design method. And the method is also based on the advanced program controlled exchanger software we use today and the communication software development method. The design includes the finite state machine, the communication mechanism chosen in system and the input/output realization. Take an example of the program, according to the solid need in program and the various nature of the hardware platform; it realizes program controlled circuit exchange, including the constrained selection of the path, runtime distribution.Via a series of standardized test, we get plenty of test data, by which the performance index of the system was evaluated objectively. Then we carry out optimization on vulnerable spot. The whole system has achieved the demands.
