| We need update data timely to ensure its effective and real-time in many application of Remote sensing images, relative to the regular updated way, the real-time updated way based on the internet is more better. but it depends on steady and perfect communication network, when the communication network gets in trouble, the service quality will be touched.Compass navigation satellite is China's own research, development and operation of a regional navigation system. Compared with other satellite navigation system, it not only can navigate, orient, precise time, but also have a remarkable characteristic, which can support short message communication.It had played an important role in WenChuan earthquake as a supplement of conventional communication too. For fully use of it, the paper present the dynamic image transmission method based on the function of Compass short message communication, which take the dynamic update of remote sensing image as the background demand, researching work as the following:Firstly, the paper analyze the difficulty of the technology's application , discuss the feasibility of its coming true, bring forward the key technical point and problem-solving idea in the course of its realizing.Secondly, according to the holistic idea and methods, the paper argued the technology from three aspects, from the narrow-band-based video distribution under the conditions of data organization model, from the compressed image transmission method, from sub-packet transmission and control methods.Finally, the paper prove its feasibility by experiment. The paper sets the object of achieving the dynamic image transmission function based on the compass short message communication, depends on the solving of key technical issues, studies the data organization, data compression, data transfer control in-depth, approves its feasibility and effectiveness in theoretical and experimental through experiment, it has theoretical and practical meaning in full use the compass navigation satellite short message communication function and play the role of compass navigation system furthest. |
