Bridge is an important composing part of transportation system. Along with the development of transportation system at considerable velocity, the quantity of the superhighway bridge and city verpass proliferate. Because of the natural environment function and the increasingly traffic and carrying capacity, a great deal of current bridge function deteriorate, which make traffic accidents happen frequently. Bringing about not only economy losses, but also the threaten of people's safety and life. By making scientific judgement on the current bridge, especially the bridge of a great span, monitoring towards the bridge key parameter real-time. It will have great social significance and economic value on ensuring the capability of safety use of bridge structure; making decisions scientific and reasonable on reinforcement and maintenance; guaranteeing the transportation aorta unimpeded.This paper discusses about the method of bridge information acquisition and processing, and a kind of alarming circuit for surprised circumstance is designed, Besides that, inquirying into relying on the technique of Internet, GPRS, and CDMA to set up the distribute long range supervision network system, realizing the purpose of transmissing bridge information in time.This articel mainly introduced the hardware-software co-design of GPRS wireless communication and data transmission system based on BenQM22 module with ICETEK-DM642-PCI system, and the disign of alarming circuit. The following are the main content: the choice of the type of each module that the system used; the design of M22 module's PCB and peripheral hardware circuit; the function of the ICETEK-DM642-PCI system and the design of the hardware circuit of the interface between the core chip of DM642 and the A/D conversion chip ADS7864; the choice of sensor which used to measure the state of the bridge and the design of alarming circuit based on electromagnetism relay; the scheme design of the detected information's long-distance transmission; the actualization of the fuzzy inference method to the condition state assessment of bridge and so on.
