The MP3 Design Under The Embedden Linux Based On ARM

As the consuming electronic industry develops,a great many sorts of embedded electronic product are used by a good many people. The form of computer is not restricted in the PC, all kinds of embedded system have appeared in so many vocation and application, and the combination product of arm with linux is the most popular. The arm core is paid much attention because of its low power consuming, high performance, small size and low cost, so it is chosen for the main hardware core in developing by many companies. The linux becomes the main OS for the embedded technology development because of its open source code, the kernel which could be configured, the convinient developing environment and the compatibility for different hardware platform. The mp3 design for this paper is based on the arm hardware and linux software.A complete embedded system is built in this paper, which choses the zq2410 as the hardware platform and the linux as software platform, and the tast of mp3 design is based on this environment.The paper finish the tasks as follows: sumarizing the developing method of embedded system, introducing the feature of arm and linux, discussing the developing mode and how to build the cross developing environment, including the zq2410 and the resource on board. In the developing of system software, the task as follows is completed: introduing the transplanting of Uboot, the configuration and transplanting of linux, making the root file system, compiling the kernel driver. In the developing of application, the task of introduing mp3 theory, transplanting the madplay and successfully controlling the comprehensiv madplay are completed.
