As a plan and design of military battles, military scenario emerges to satisfy the need of war, including trainment and simulation, it's an expecially important research method for combined operations and joint operations of multi-arms in complex battlefield. Traditional military scenario uses words, pictures and tables as the main expressing method, which introduces multivocal effects in fight intention and maneuver, and it's difficult to process by computer, validate, simulate and evaluate. So the normalization and standmizing description of military scenario has attracted much attention in the field of fight research.Ensurement of fight is one key step in joint operations, while there are still few theories, component and normalized description about it, which embarrasses its evaluation and simulation. A three-stage standard description method is presented in this thesis concerning the properties of fight ensurement, including the concept stage based on FDMS, the modeling stage with UML, and the coding stage with XML. The three stages ranges from abstract concept to concrete data, and cooperates to resolve the problem of standard description of fight ensurement.In the concept stage, the concept of entity, contract, and action is used as the key effects to describe fight ensurement. These definations make a bridge between the militaries and techniques, can effectively reduce the probability of error in understanding military concepts, and simplify the cooperation relationship between them. Some validating rules are also presented based on the real practice.In the modeling stage, UML is used as a tool to describe the scenario of fight ensurement, which is abstracted firstly with technique method, and is a kinde of normalized expression. By this way, a technique view emerges, and forms the foundation of standard description of fight ensurement.In the coding stage, the data items within the fight ensurement are described by XML based on the previous UML models, which is the 2nd time abstraction. The XML model serves not only as a kind of concrete coding method, but also as an exchanging approach, and is compatible to currently popular fight simulation systems after a detail designment.
