HILS Platform Design For Construction Machinery Running Driving System

Aiming at filling the blanks existing in the construction machinery manufacture field, the HIL simulation technology and system are referred, and the research and application current situation of HIL simulation are introduced.To get a complete set of HIL simulation system, the HIL simulation platform is designed using C# language under the .NET framework environment; to get a more deep impression about the theory of HIL simulation platform, a similar platform is designed using GUI under the MATLAB environment which can be contrast with the one above.For the function of the platform designed in this paper is achieved through the controls associated with functions of DLL, taking crawler-mounted bulldozer as an example, the mathematical models of every link of the running driving system are derived and analyzed, and the correctness is confirmed by the Simulink block diagrams and VR technology. It also makes the preparation about the transformation between the related links and DLL which can be used by HIL simulation platform.In order to quest the feasibility about building the HIL simulation platform, the related technologies such as hybrid programming, timer programming and the transfer function transforming from S field to Z field are studied, and some routines are given. It proves that it's feasible to build the HIL simulation platform which has completely independent intellectual property right. To control the platform more easily and conveniently, the interface is designed for voice control. The related codes and the problems which should be pay attention are expounded.The HIL simulation platform built refers much knowledge, this paper pay attention to the platform design and feasibility quest, also make lots of early-stage preparations to perfect the platform and expand the functions. This paper has certain reference value and utility value. HIL simulation can shorten the development cycle of construction machinery.
