Design And Implement Of Timetable-Editor Of Mass Transit System

The purpose of mass-transit system construction is to provide a satisfied service to passangers' go-out, and good traffic organization is the premise and assurance to implement the purpose. The train timetable is a complex plan of train running and also is a premise and foundation of that the whole departments of masstransit work tegother to keep whole line trains and passangers' order and gurantee transit running security and prove service quality.Nowdays, the masstransit train timetable edit and management system in our country is basicly overseas product. But it has a big difference in train running organization manner, so the educed timetable has to modified manually, highly complexity and large workload, it doesn' t acherive the purpose of editing timetable intelligently. In order to edit timetable more efficiently for inland masstransit owner, it is a very necessary to develop a timetable editor fitting inland train running organization manner.This paper studies the designing and implement of mass-transit timetable editor. It briefly introduces the characteristic of mass-transit train running organization and the concept of timetable. Then according to the timetable editor' s functions demands it gives detail design of each function module, and it discusses key technic points. Finally, this paper focus on expatiating of implement and running of TTE, based on creating flow of timetable, it gives detail discuss of implement of each step and shows running results.During the course of editing timetable, it needs to consider every demand of subway system,signaling system and vehicle performance etc. Based on the subway line layout, considering with vehicle performance,passanger flux and signaling system demand. According to actual application demand, the timetable editor must have such characteristic as operation easily,data collective convenience and generalized.To meet upon demands, the timetable editor (TTE) adopts such as Windows style interface window designing,dynamically creating controls and using database etc techniques. The technique applying improves the usability and generality of the TTE, This paper expatiates the application of these techniques.
