Research And Application Of Using Genetic Algorithms For Solving Timetable Problem

Course table problem is also called timetable problem, it is an optimized deciding problem of many factors, it is also the typical problem in combination program, it is at the same time a practical problem that has much research value.This paper has studied the rules that should follow in the scientific arrangement of school timetable, and all kinds of related factors and problems involved in arrangement of school timetable, it makes a conclusion of time and space conflicts in arrangement of school timetable.This paper aims at optimizing time and space resources according to the characteristic of the timetable, it employs genetic algorithms which has rather good robust, at the same time, the genetic algorithm is slow in research, the paper adds the methods of automatic location conflicts and resolution conflicts to design the arrangement system of timetable.This arrangement system of timetable has been used in the teaching section, it is very practical and effective.
