Now, the network management technique is an important part in network technique. Due to simple and reliable, Simple Network Management Protocol has been the international standardization in network management actually.Ground on it, a new management system is raised based on the Simple Network Management Protocol. We amend the Proxy function based on the traditional SNMP management architecture; it makes the Vector-Network have a tree hierarchical structure, flow filtration function, unlimited scalability and so on.
