It is always hot and difficult issue in process control that the existence of time delay and time-varying system be controlled well. How to overcome the limited scope of control of the volume and quality control have declined, but also control of community has been working to resolve. Adaptive control to solve the object of uncertainty can play a good role, so that the performance of the system to meet the technical requirements, or optimal. Internal Model Control (IMC) method is the object with time delay can play a good control, but the practical application is limited due to the volume control problems, its performance will be affected. A new type of control strategy was introduced by means of combining adaptive control with IMC. In this paper, the main work and achievements are as follows:1. In this paper the author propose a model reference fuzzy self-adopting IM controlling method based on the combination of the fuzzy and IM controlling theory and design the IM control using the relative arithmetic, in order to get optimized steadiness the filter parameters can be tuned through calculate the error-e between the computation outlet and the test result as well as the changing rate. Meanwhile, the outlets of the system are predicted by the feedback adjusting method.2. The outlets of the system are predicted by the feedback adjusting method. According as whether the system response is in the range of the error band and whether the model prediction output exceeds this error band.3. Using the method of online Intelligent switch model reference adaptive internal model control, for the domestic boiler of a 500MW thermal power plant desuperheating level charged with the actual transfer function for dynamic target simulation, and with the conventional internal model control system, PID control system for a variety of performance comparison. Simulation results show that the method proposed in this paper in the system's rapid response, robustness and anti-jamming have been greatly improved ,prove the correctness and effectiveness of the method.
