The task is a research of assist observation lamp-house of distance chosen semiconductor laser diode night-scope system.The thesis according to the characters of semiconductor laser diode, ensure the overall circuit plan, complete the design of nanow-pulse modulate circuit, power magnify circuit and booster circuit. Because the driver's pulse waveform is very narrow and the rise-time is very quick, the circuit's parasitic character can affect the system. So the thesis research the high frequency character of circuit, and based on the theory of the high frequency character, and research the hardware circuit, optimizing the circuit design. So the driver circuit satisfy the driver the task's guideline. The LD driver's pulse achieve 18ns pulse width, rise time =6ns, 0—60A output, and 1KHZ frequency. |
