Research On Image Collection And Processing System Of Air Core Reactor Surface Detector

The air core reactor plays an important role in the power system. Therefore, to inspect its inner surface flaws periodically is seemed to be more important. For a long time, the domestic inspection all adopted manpower fiber-endoscopy. This inspection's efficiency was low, and was subjected to instability impact of manpower inspection. In this paper, we developed a kind of inspection equipment based on technologies of computer digital image collection, digital image processing. Using computer to collect and process digital image not only has higher efficiency, could eliminate the instability of manpower inspection, but also could photograph and save image continuously.In this paper, the main research content includes digital image auto-collection, image pro-processing by MATLAB, and image character extraction and distinction. By photographing and saving the image, computer processing, it can carry out correct distinction for flaw image, also low the hidden safe danger of power system.
