At present, owing to the cost requirements of industrial detection, many factories still used the destructive examination method to examine cable eccentricity, and there are some to use X-ray photography, but this method has the lower effeciency, and the cost of film is more expensive, the real-time imaging about X-ray detection technology starts more extensive application.The purpose of this paper is to develop a high-performance, low cost detector to exmine cable colloid layer uniformity. Discuss the X-ray real-time imaging principle in detail,analysis the performance and it's impact of imaging quality from X-ray source and image intensifier and CCD, optimized system performance, develop a X-ray real-time digital imaging system for detecting cable colloid layer uniformity, design and manufacture mechanical structure of the dector on the base of system design and detection principle.Test and analysis the performance of the cable colloid layer uniformity detector, according to the characteristics of real-time imaging, picture processing has been studied, we effectively reduced the noise impact on the image quality by multi-frame stacking technology, to enhanced image effectively.
