The High-pressure Waterjet Deburring Research For Cross Hole Of Chamber In The Given Workpiece

A special dedurring machine based on the high-pressure water jet technology is designed for the requirements of enterprises in this thesis. The problem that the other dedurring technologies damage the surface quality and dimensional accuracy of the given workpiece is solved.High-pressure water jet deburring technology is a new technology that gradually applied in machining progress in the last 20 years, draws more and more attention with its high productivity and characteristics easy to automate. This paper is mainly about the analysis of high-pressure pure water jet technology and the analysis of burr formation for the given workpiece(brake master cylinder of automotive braking system), simplifying and building the mechanical model of burr, making use of the finite element analysis software to prove the feasibility of deburring with the high-pressure jet technology, designing the overall structure of the deburring equipment and the main components,take the use of simulation system to simulate the movement of machine tool and verify the feasibility of the system.
