Underwater glider is a new kind of AUV,Its manufacturing and maintenance costs little it can also repeated use and input a lot.In order to satisfy the people to research the deep sea for a long time and wide,the Shenyang Institute of Automation Chinese Academy of Sciences decided to design and develop 7000 meters underwater glider.The strong water pressure of the deep-sea environment puts forward the severe test to the pressure hull of the 7000m underwater glider.Fiber reinforced composite materials as substitutes for the pressure hull of 7000m deep sea glider has many advantages,such as high specific good strength and high specific stiffness and corrosion resistance,low thermal conductivity and strong ability of anti fatigue and so on.However,for ocean engineering structures,using composite design far less than the use of metal materials,due to the huge difference in the production process of fiber composite material and metal material,composite pressure hull need different design methods,so the deep sea glider composite pressure tank design is faced with many challenges.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.The determination of press hull structure form7000 meters underwater glider press hull with carbon fiber composite materials for cylindrical shell part and the sealing cover on both ends with the titanium,put forward the design method,determine the main dimensions.2.Mechanics analysis of carbon fiber composite cylindrical shellBecause of the complexity of the anisotropic material is hard to get the accurate analytical solutions,this paper simplified calculation model for the carbon fiber cylindrical shell calculate axial stress and hoop stress of each layer,and use the Maximum Stress Failure Criteria and Tsai-Wu Failure Criteria for checking.3.The finite element analysis of pressure hullCarried on the static analysis of carbon fiber composite cylindrical shell and the titanium alloy spherical shell with the finite element method.And the eigenvalue buckling and nonlinear buckling analysis of cylindrical shell.By using parameterized design method to solved the stress concentration problem of the titanium alloy spherical shells and the carbon fiber cylinder connecting locate.At the same time quantitative analysis the compression deformation of pressure hull in the process of diving,providing theory basis for determining the buoyancy adjusting amount and analyzing motion state in the process of diving.4.Carbon fiber pressure cylinder hydrostatic test and burst testOn the carbon fiber pressure cylinder 80 MPa water pressure test,and the burst test.
