Laser triangulation measurement is one of the main methods of non-contact measurement, is also the important part in the laser scanning measurement. Based on consulting amount of datum in and out of China, deduce the connection of object-image under two conditions: vertical incident and incline incident. Demonstrate the primary condition of the Laser triangulation measurement which is called Scheimpflug Condition and discuss the magnification of imaging system. Based on the Characteristics of beam emitting from LD, the traditional method used in beam collimating is not used again. So this paper makes use of a simple configuration and having good effect of collimate.Based on the configuration characteristics of PSD, Analyzing the working principle of PSD, the output current of PSD is only connected with the center of gravity of beam spot. Measure the linear scope of PSD .Because of the deficiency in the traditional circuit dealing with the signal of PSD, a special integrated circuit called H2476 is used in this paper. Be transferred by A/D, collect the data with data card.Setting up the optical devices, deal with the experimental data, Testify the linear relationship between the micro-displacement and the voltage values gained from the circuit for measuring the position of PSD. The linearization of the line is 1.09%. The scale of the measurement is 1.425mm.
