With the development of laser radar, it is has the demand of real-time imaging, the traditional scanning method is unable to realize the beam control of the high performance, the technology of optical phased array is introduced to solve this problem.Based on the work which select liquid crystal to make phased shifter, a lidar system is proposed,which uses the liquid crystal phased array to contrl beam. For the system application, the influence was analyzed theoretically, which was brought by using the technology of liquid crystal phase scanning. The experimental results show the relationship between diffaction efficiency and deflection angles,and the varitions of laser beam quality.the diffaction efficiency increases with the fill factor and ratio of phase controlling,it decreases with the increase of the deflection angle.The results in the paper can be applied in the phased array lidar system .Meanwhile, it will be able widely to use on the domain of laser imageing and communication. |
