With the popularization of digital TV, it became a hot topic that how to make the data of the programs safe and compeletely. This thesis designed a digital signature of a digital TV program authentication system based on elliptic curve cryptography, a monitor system which is based on content check,full digitization and a secure play applies to broadcasting system of digital TV.This thesis analyzed the impact of error rate on common authentication system, based on which, and improved the process of authentication system. The whole system is divided into Front-End system and Terminal system. Main function of Front-End system is to form digital signature according to the digital bit stream, and to be encapsulated as authentication packet and inserted in the digital bit stream. The Terminal system, its main function is to finish the real-time filtration of authentication packet and signature verification, and to determine the digital bit stream is shifted or falsification attack. Finally, functions of Front-End and Termina system are fulfilled via Verilog HDL, then in simulation and FPGA synthesis have been satisfactory results.
