With the rapid development of the network technique, the electronic commerce and the electronics governmental affairs also develop rapidly. The information security plays a very important role. The digital signature is one of the basic techniques of the information security. For traditional digital signature, the signature information has only one signature member, any the verification member can use the public key to verify the validity of the signature. But once the private key is revealed, whole signature will be invalid. It leads to introduce the threshold digital signature technique. Even if the private keys of t-1 members are revealed, a valid threshold signature can't be produced for (t, n) threshold signature. So (t, n) threshold signature have higher security than traditional digital signature. Applying the safer elliptic curve cryptography (ECC) and forward-security technique to (t, n) threshold digital signature is a new research topic.
