The continuous development of modern wireless communication technology requires excellent microwave modules, which leads to the miniaturization and high-performance of microwave device. As the essential parts of microwave device, bandpass filters should be improved accordingly. Among many new technologies in the design of passive components, LTCC technology has much more advantages than the others.In this paper, the design methods of the LTCC bandpass filter commonly used in the microwave devices are researched and analysed. The thesis is mainly about the realization of the specific mode of capacitance and inductor. The method of equivalent circuit to get parameters of the modules are presented. The capacitance and inductor modules realized are simulated and analysed by electromagnetic simulation software. For the bandpass filters, several circuit models are established by using the network analysis methods, and the transmission zeros can be introduced in accordance with the requirement, then three-dimensional model of filter and specific physical size are established by electromagnetic simulation software. Through the optimization and adjustment of the internal structure , the final miniaturization and high-performance bandpass filter are designed.
