Sequence Two-Dimension Symbologies Error Correcting And Mask Solution

Two-dimension symbologies is rapidly development and widely used since 1980's.It has been used in many fields such as logistics,publishing,transportation, media transfer,etc.So far,there're more than twenty different kinds of 2D barcode symbologies.Domestic scholars have studied 2D barcode since 1993.Researchers always focus on how to improve the efficiency of the symbologies.A well designed coding format will improve the scalability,fault tolerance and capacity.In this paper,we presents a format of sequence two-dimension Symbologies, including code structure,fixed location,error correction and mask pattern solution.We can improve the efficiency of the recognition and correction using these technologies.This paper give a survey on sequence two-dimension symbologies format design at first,then we detail describe the code structure,coding rules,data capability,the step of the encode and decode.This paper focuses on the coding redundancy and mask pattern.Error correction including in-block error correction and out-block error correction.For in-block correction,we use Reed-Solomon error correction solution. And for out-block error correction;we present a new correction solution base on finite field theory.If some data matrixes lost,we can recover them through fast matrix calculation using this algorithm.The efficiency of error correction is improved with this solution.To improve the recognition of the sequence 2-D barcode,we use the mask pattern solution.We focus on the mask pattern design and set up a math evaluation module for evaluation to select mask pattern.This evaluation algorithm can be used in many domains such as OR codes.Finally,we give a summation and forward some future work.
