Research On Developing Environment And Countermeasures Of China's Copy Right Trade

As an important component of the intellectual property rights, the copyright has been an essential legal system for the modern society. With the continuous development and improvement of the copyright protection system, on the one hand, the human culture has been developed very quickly; on the other hand, the copyright industry and trade, which rely on the protection of the copyright, has constituted a powerful driving force in the era of the knowledge-based economy and information economy. Based on analysis of the concept and the characteristics of copyright and copyright trade, the paper analyzes deeply the development course and the characteristics of China's copyright trade, and it puts forward that China is both a small and weak country in the copyright trade. However, the copyright trade can enhance China's soft power. Through the SWOT analysis method, the paper studies deeply the development environment of China's copyright trade. It points out that there're both advantage and disadvantage for the development of copyright trade in China, and there're both opportunity and challenge. If we learn from the experience of developed countries on the development of copyright trade, the paper puts forwards a series of specific measures or the development of copyright trade in China from the government, industry associations and publishers.
